Semi-automatic welder wanted in Crawford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Crawford County, Missouri. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently You will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
