You will strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
