Marble polisher • Franklin County, Maine

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble polisher in Franklin County, Maine. You will be based at a kitchen worktop showroom. Day-to-day duties: • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels Requirements: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team 3+ years on the tools preferred.
