Fitter on the line wanted in Lavaca County

Join our team: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Lavaca County, Texas. The job is at a busy assembly plant. Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S The role involves: • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
