You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair.
