Urgent requirement: stamping press operator (Alaska)

Now hiring: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Sitka City and Borough, Alaska. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Record output and downtime on the production sheet What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
