Sanitary plumber • East Lothian, Scotland

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sanitary plumber in East Lothian, Scotland. You will be based at hotels and commercial buildings. On the job you will handle: • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools 4+ years on the tools preferred. £1,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
