We are recruiting: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Rutherford County, North Carolina. The job is on a factory production line. Day-to-day duties: • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch • Record output figures and downtime on the production log • Feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow • Assemble components according to the work order • Operate and feed production machines on the line You should have: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line • Keen eye for detail on quality checks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
