Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Clark County, Wisconsin. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
