Lathe programmer-operator wanted in LaSalle Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
