Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Monroe County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
