Fitter on the line — Motley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Motley County, Texas. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. You should have: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Your main tasks: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Full-time with occasional weekends.
