Kitchen steward — Gwynedd

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Gwynedd, Wales. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
