Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Texas County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
