Prep cook wanted in Stillwater County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Stillwater County, Montana. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
