HSE officer — Ogbomosho North

Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE officer in Ogbomosho North, Oyo State. The job is in a chemical processing unit. The role involves: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Six days a week, one day off.
