We are recruiting: retail butcher (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Bonneville County, Idaho. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts.
