Fry cook — Carmarthenshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Carmarthenshire, Wales. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
