Bread and bun maker wanted in Harrison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Harrison County, Mississippi. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience.
