Immediate opening: we are hiring a building site helper in Ahiazu-Mbaise, Imo State. You will work with a civil contractor. On a typical shift you will stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. Requirements: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Six days a week, one day off.
