Shuttering carpenter • Lake County, California

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Lake County, California. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. You will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
