Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Boone County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds On the job you will handle: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
