Immediate opening: gas meter installer (Pennsylvania)

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. You will install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Full-time, day shift.
