Gas appliance installer wanted in Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Lincoln County, Kansas. You will be based in a gas distribution network. Day-to-day duties: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Driving licence for travel between sites We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
