What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $9,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
