Aluminium and glass installer wanted in Isle of Wight

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in Isle of Wight, England. The job is at a glass and aluminium factory. On a typical shift you will fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; replace cracked or broken window panes. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
