Floor screeder wanted in Nash County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor screeder in Nash County, North Carolina. You will work in a residential housing project. Your main tasks: • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
