You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
