You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
