We are recruiting: we are hiring a production operative in Otsego County, New York. The job is on a production line. Day-to-day duties: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper You should have: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
