Sample machinist wanted in Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a sample machinist in Franklin County, Georgia. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Your main tasks: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
