Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly technician in Lawrence County, Alabama. You will work at an automotive parts factory. Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts The role involves pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low.
