We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Howard County, Texas. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Driving licence for travel between sites On a typical shift you will check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
