Paint booth operator • Howard County, Maryland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Howard County, Maryland. You will be based at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 1+ years on the tools preferred.
