Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Ekiti East, Ekiti State. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
