Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
