Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Abbeville County, South Carolina. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
