Gas installation technician — Butler County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Butler County, Missouri. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. On a typical shift you will locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
