Join our team: we are hiring a garment presser in Inverclyde, Scotland. Day-to-day duties: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Pay around £2,350 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
