Gtaw welder — Walworth County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Walworth County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium On a typical shift you will set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
