The role involves straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
