Formwork joiner • Kankara, Katsina State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Kankara, Katsina State. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Day-to-day duties: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
