Domestic gas engineer — Makoda

Great opportunity: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Makoda, Kano State. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. The role involves: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
