Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork erector in Stockton-on-Tees, England. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Your main tasks: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. £14 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
