Scullery hand • Iwajowa, Oyo State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Iwajowa, Oyo State. You will be based in a catering unit. You will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
