Line cook wanted in Tafawa-Balewa

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Tafawa-Balewa, Bauchi State. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
