Lift installation engineer — Cambria County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Cambria County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a residential tower block. You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Your main tasks: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
