Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Isabella County, Michigan. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Rotating shifts.
