MIG/MAG welder wanted in Hodgeman County

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Hodgeman County, Kansas. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. You will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
