Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Taliaferro County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $11,250 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
